Disappointed. Paid over $40 for tickets on Saturday. Got there at 11 p.m. Was happy to see the lines were shorter then last year. But they were missing staff big time. Only 2 actors in the midway. No one scared you while you were waiting. Also on the hayride which was my favorite last year, so many actors were not there. It was pretty much silent majority of the way. The other haunted houses were great and saved the experience for me. But if you are open until one, your employees should be working until then. Shouldn't be cheap on the experience with such expensive tickets.

We had a very fun time and glad we made the trip to do it. It was our first time and was happy we experienced it AFTER Halloween. No long lines. Easy access to the houses and hayride. We were just wondering if we missed some things being after Halloween with them being short staffed. That’s just our thoughts but maybe they were fully staffed. Will be going back next year.

Very enjoyable event. Legit scary. Haunted house are very detailed and extremely theatrical. The actors are genuine, always remaining in character, and interacting with the patrons. The haunted house are interactive. This means that, if you choose to allow the actors in the attractions to touch you they can take you and incorporate you into other areas while participating. Very satisfied with this event. Worth every penny!

AMAZING!!! 100 Times better than Halloween Horror Nights. The price is CORRECT, it's right on point for what we received. The lines were not very long and the wait times were EXCELLENT. The haunted houses were not quick or short! They were actually very long and exciting! I love the Interactive ones the best! If I had one 'CON' to report is the food they offer could be better and much cheaper. I don't mind charging high 'Festival' prices but it needs to be bigger portions to make it worth it. $9 for BBQ Nachos had hardly any BBQ Meat was was the same single bag serving you get at the Theatre (except the theatre gives you 2 bags for example).

This was my 3rd year attending this event. I love the creativity. However, not a good experience for 2017. I went on Sunday the 29th with my sister and niece. It was a small crowd. I collided with a zombie in the the maze while being chased by chainsaw zombies. I ended up with a gash across my left eyebrow and a black eye (which required a visit to the emergency room and 3 stitches). Let me add that I am 5' 2" and weigh 113 lbs. They have zero emergency protocol in place. Blood was dripping off my face and all they had was a medical bag that they sat in the dirt to dig through for a bandage. They also couldn't get an I incident report filled out because their phone service wasn't working. The final blow was that they refused to refund my money. But offered free passes. Unbelievable. Never again. Beware.
