Mike Massey Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever call for the rest of my life. He is ultra-knowledgeable and fantastic with his customers. He hires great people that are not trainees, but already experts. I found him because he was one out of five plumbers I had called who would actually come within an hour, for a potential flooding disaster in my home. After that, I hired him, and Jeff Statkus, (who works with Mike) to re-model both of my pitifully old bathrooms, and both projects resulted in a beautiful new functional bathroom---done right. I will never have to remodel them again. I can't say enough about this company. I wish them safety and prosperity in the New Year. :)
I first called two plumbers to fix a leak in my mobile home park, I should've called Massey plumbing in the first place. Mike showed up when he said he would and he and Todd fix my problem . They were fast courteous and professional, I would recommend Massey plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Again thanks a lot Mike and Todd .
What a fantastic team! I was turned down for a simple job from one company, and exorbitantly overcharged ($100 more than Massey) from another company for the same job. I called Massey, and they gave me a direct quote and excellent and fast service. Todd was great to work with; a standup and honest man; very thorough and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this company!!!
Mike was incredible.... our empty home was flagged for excessive water usage (over 196,000 gallons of water used in 3 days)! Mike was booked but MADE time in his schedule to come and help me!! THANK YOU for the awesome job.... I'm so grateful for such an amazing and competent company!
Our kitchen was built in the 80's without a dishwasher. Previous owners put one in but it was "rigged" to say the least. So, when it died and I needed a new one, it would not work with the setup. I called Massey and couldn't be happier. They came in, upgraded everything, and found a few more issues that would have been a problem down the road. We have since used them for additional plumbing work and the tech sent out is always professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I won't use any other plumbing service.
